Join us at Cuba St Tavern for Perfect Pairs - a wine and food pairing night built around five wines from around the world, each matched with a dish designed to bring out the best in every glass.
The menu has been created by Head Chef Elliot, who brings experience from kitchens across New Zealand including Wither Hills Winery and Josh Emett’s Rata in Queenstown. For this night, he’s developed a seasonal five-course menu designed specifically around the wines.
Guiding the evening is Brandon Nash from Dhall & Nash Fine Wines, who will introduce each wine and share a little about the regions, producers and stories behind each pour.
From English sparkling to Central Otago Pinot Noir, the lineup takes you across some of the world’s most exciting wine regions - all in the relaxed, social setting of the Tavern.
