Join us for Perfect Pairings, a bi-monthly culinary series at the Nashua outlet that brings together chef-prepared bites with curated wine pairings. Designed to inspire, educate, and delight, each event is a place to discover and savor the art of food and drink.
This April, Chef Ed Aloise returns with a stunning three-course menu inspired by the ocean — from a delicate scallop mousse and smoked salmon pâté to a show-stopping polenta-crusted monkfish medallion served over jeweled forbidden rice with a bold red pepper coulis. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Kind of Wild's lineup of certified organic, zero-sugar wines, from a crisp Brut Nature Sparkling to a rich Cabernet Sauvignon.

Chef Ed Aloise has owned and operated four highly successful restaurant concepts. Ed and his wife, Claudia, opened New Hampshire's first certified farm-to-table restaurant, Republic Café in Manchester, in 2010. In 2012, they were James Beard National Semi-Finalists for Best Restaurateurs. Since leaving the day-to-day operations of his restaurants, Ed has established a hospitality consulting company, has been a sought-after guest chef, and recently published his first book of fiction short stories.
