Try out this percussive based sound healing sesh, held at the wonderful and fitting Lux Studio.Hosted by Lukas Enciso, who works with percussive and tribal-like instrumental music, for a simple and yet satisfying sound journey.
What to expect?
-Light guided meditation
-Healing sounds of percussive instruments. (drums, shakers, sticks and even bass guitar.)
-Melodic sounds of singing bowls, gongs, hand pans and various electro synths.
-A peaceful space to rest, relax, ground and restore yourself.
What to bring?
-The studio does have mats however, you're welcome to bring your own mat, cushion or bolsters & blanket, if required.
-Comfortable clothes to rest in.
-Drinking water for good measure.
How much?
-$20 online only, booking is required to best manage the space.
