In recent years, many outstanding young musicians who were born and bred in Singapore earned their spots with the national orchestra. Among them, SCO Associate Conductor Moses Gay, SCO percussionist Derek Koh and zhonghu musician Wong Qin Kai team up to present the Singapore premieres of Chen Yi’s "Percussion Concerto" and Wang Jianmin’s Erhu Rhapsody No. 6.
