The presentation will focus on the connectedness between a supervisor’s perceptions about their supervisee and also the supervisee’s perceptions about their supervisor and the supervisory process.
Participants will:
- Understand the role of perception within the supervisory relationship.
- Learn ways to promote supervisee openness to feedback to foster growth and development.
- Gain resources necessary to solve ethical dilemmas related to perception and feedback in supervision.
