An event as part of Klimaherbst.YOUTH 2025How do children today learn to become responsible, empathetic, and engaged members of a democratic society?
In times of global challenges like climate change, we need learning environments that go beyond simply transmitting knowledge — spaces that nurture awareness and participation, foster mutual understanding, and inspire action for a sustainable future.
This talk is aimed at anyone interested in education. Using examples from kindergartens and schools, it shows how children can build self-confidence through direct experience, observation, and reflection — and learn to actively shape the world while protecting the foundations of life we all depend on.
