🎨🚲 People for Mobility Justice Presents: The Eastside Mural Ride!


Join us for a fun, art-filled bike ride through the heart of East Los Angeles! On Saturday, May 16th, we’ll cruise through the vibrant streets of East LA and Boyle Heights, soaking in the murals that tell the powerful stories of our communities, cultures, and collective imagination.

Starting at East LA Civic Center, this ride is perfect for beginners and intermediate riders looking to connect with local art, neighbors, and fellow bike lovers. Come celebrate mobility, creativity, and community with us!

💥 This is a FREE, family-friendly event.



📅 RIDE DETAILS:
  • Date: Saturday, May 16th
  • Meet-Up: 9:00 AM
  • Start Location: East LA Civic Center (in front of the library entrance by parking lot)
  • Address: 4837 E 3rd St. Los Angeles, CA 90022
  • Transit Access: Take the Metro E Line - East LA Civic Center
  • Parking: Lot at East LA Civic Center
  • Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate



✅ What to Bring:
  • A working bike or wheeled device
  • TAP card or fare for public transit (if needed)
  • Helmet (required for participants under 18)
  • Bike lights (white front + red rear)
  • Water bottle
  • Bright or reflective clothing
  • Note: Bikes with training wheels are not permitted. Kids are welcome if riding in a trailer or child seat.
