Oliver Xiao, P.Eng., LEED GA
Principal Consultant, Z1 Consulting Inc.
Oliver is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario with extensive experience in construction materials, standards and specifications, infrastructure projects, and industry best practices across Eastern Canada. He has worked extensively with municipalities and industry associations supporting quality assurance programs and construction excellence initiatives.
He currently serves as:
- Board Member – ACI Ontario Chapter
- Voting Member – ACI 523
- Member – TAC Technical Committees
He previously served as Chair of the OSPE Infrastructure Task Force.
