Pentathlon OCR Training DaysBuild a solid OCR Base at The P.T Barn!
Perfect for all youth Modern Pentathletes who want to develop their OCR Skills!
After the success of our previous training days we are pleased to announce another 7 dates for 2026!
Our coaches will break down a range of skills and movement patterns into a variety of drills. We will work through these before building back up to longer flows and more complex courses and mini races.
We will also look at covering drills which can be taken away and carried out with minimal equipment.
We expect a wide range of ages and abilities for this session. We will break down into smaller groups where needed on the day.
2026 Dates:
- Saturday 4th April
- Saturday 2nd May
- Wednesday 27th May
- Saturday 4th July
- Wednesday 29th July
- Saturday 29th August
- Saturday 24th October
Aimed at 12-18 Year Olds.
This is also open to Sprint and Cross Country OCR Athletes.
We will send out info nearer the day with a rough outline of the day and what to expect.
