VIRTUAL CHALLENGE
5 Days of Movement. One commitment.
For five consecutive days participants commit to moving their bodies by completing one chosen activity each day.
Distances
Run | Walk – 5 km
Cycle – 20 km
Swim – 1 km
Participants choose one activity and complete the distance for 5 consecutive days.
This is a fully virtual challenge, meaning you can participate from anywhere. Outdoor sessions or indoor workouts count.
Treadmill runs, indoor cycling, and swimming sessions are all welcome.
Entry Fee: N$240.00
Includes Finisher Medal and Event Buff
Entries Close: 28 May 2026
All paid participants will be added to the official WhatsApp group, where instructions and updates will be shared during the challenge.
