Welcome to our 6th annual Penny Party brought to you by The B Team. All proceeds are used to purchase backpacks and school supplies for kids in need.
DOORS OPEN AT 10:30 am
GAME STARTS AT 12 NOON - 4 PM
Location: St. Paul's UCC
47 S. Whiteoak St, Kutztown PA
(Park in parking lot behind the church on Lambert Alley.)
TICKET COST IS $10.00 PER PERSON
This fee consists of admission, 200 tickets to play the game, and an entry for a door prize ticket.
Limited seating to 135 people. Advanced tickets can be purchased by calling Christina at 610-217-6169 or Merry at 610-295-9932.
HERE IS HOW TO PLAY:
Bring your loose coins. There will be over 250+ items to bid on. Trays of items are passed down the tables along with 2 containers. One container is for your ticket, the other is for the coins. Every item is marked with a price. If you want to bid on the item, you place 1 ticket in the ticket container and the amount of the item in the coin container. The items are marked anywhere from .01 cents to a dollar. If you want 2 chances, simply put 2 tickets in the container and double the amount of the bid. No limit to the number of chances you bid on but please be honest and put in the correct amount of the bid in the coin container. If you don't want to bid, simply pass the tray along. Once the trays reach the end, a winning number is called. Please get excited that you won and a runner will bring you your winning item.
Additional number envelopes will be available throughout the game to purchase for $2.00 each consisting of 100 tickets should you need more.
Food, bake goods, and drinks will be available for purchase.
There will be a 15 minute intermission in between the 1st and 2nd half of the game.
Raffle Baskets, special door prize, 50/50 winners will all be called at the end of the game.
