This is it. The Fall Mighty Moraine hosts the official Pennsylvania State Triathlon Championships—where the best athletes in the state compete for a title.
Whether you're racing for a podium spot or conquering your first triathlon, the State Championships at Moraine State Park offer an unforgettable multi-sport experience on one of Pennsylvania's most scenic courses.
📅 CHAMPIONSHIP WEEKEND:
• Saturday, August 15: Olympic Distance & Youth State Championships
• Sunday, August 16: Sprint, Super Sprint & High School State Championships
🏊 THE COURSE:
• Swim: Lake Arthur
• Bike: Rolling hills through Moraine State Park
• Run: Scenic bike trail at Moraine
🏆 STATE CHAMPIONSHIP RACES:
SATURDAY - OLYMPIC DISTANCE (6:50 AM start):
• PA State Championship Olympic Triathlon (1500yd swim, 25mi bike, 6.2mi run)
• PA State Championship Olympic Aqua Bike (1500yd swim, 25mi bike)
• PA State Championship Olympic Relay (2-3 person teams)
SATURDAY - YOUTH STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS (4 PM):
• Ages 6 & under
• Ages 7-10
• Ages 11-14
SUNDAY - SPRINT & SUPER SPRINT STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS (6:45 AM start):
• PA State Championship High School Sprint Triathlon
• PA State Championship Sprint Triathlon (750yd swim, 12.4mi bike, 3.1mi run)
• PA State Championship Sprint Duathlon (1.5mi run, 12.4mi bike, 3.1mi run)
• PA State Championship Sprint Aqua Bike (750yd swim, 12.4mi bike)
• PA State Championship Sprint Adventure Race (2mi paddle, 12.4mi bike, 3.1mi run)
• PA State Championship Sprint Relay (2-3 person teams)
• PA State Championship Super Sprint Triathlon (375yd swim, 6.2mi bike, 1.5mi run)
• Novice Wave (for first-time triathletes)

Haven't raced here before? Register for Spring MMM (May 16-17) to preview the exact course, then come back to compete for a state title in August. Spring + Fall Bundle: $125
