A word from our team:

Libby Bentley, charge nurse

“Working with the young people is a really amazing experience. The support, the laughs and the general ethos on the ward is fantastic. The team and the management are all so supportive - making you the nurse that you are and giving you the confidence.”

Sarita Dewan, clinical psychologist and clinical lead for parent infant mental health

“There is a real connection between everyone in the organisation, we look after each other – it feels like you’re coming in to work with friends, not just colleagues."

Phil Bates, registered mental health nurse

“When I was 17, I was diagnosed with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). The help and support I got from CAMHS made a massive difference to my own life. My personal experience led me to studying mental health nursing and now working within CAMHS and helping other young people .”
