Join Domesday Morris, Clay Chorus and Penkhull Village Brass Band for our TENTH Wassail!
We will be gathering from 4pm ready to start our torchlit procession through Penkhull at 4.30pm heading towards the churchyard via the front of the village hall where you can collect a free cup of the delicious cider made by Domesday members, ready for the wassail ceremony at 5pm.
Following the ceremony we will be visiting and performing at the Marquis of Gransby, the Beehive, The Terrace and finally the manor Court/Greyhound before adjourning to the village hall where there will be free soup!
Afterwards there will be a ceilidh in the hall with the This Way Up Band called by Jane Attman which is a separate ticketed event (details to follow!)
