To begin, you'll receive a set of crystals worth £15 and shown how to attune them for your own personal use. We'll learn about the main Chakras of the body and go through each crystal, what it is, the properties, and learn what area of the body it's associated with. I'll also explain different ways of cleaning, storing and charging them, and once charged, we will then select areas of our bodies to practice self healing on and we'll discuss your experience with the group. This course is suitable for ages 12+ (with a full paying guardian).
The price is £30 each and will include your certificate of completion and light refreshments during a short break.
