A fifth-generation farmer based in North Pembrokeshire, John has played a significant role in shaping both local and national organisations. His experience spans leadership at Pembrokeshire County Council, the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society, and his current role as Chair of the Executive Committee for the 2026 National Eisteddfod in Pembrokeshire. John will share his perspectives on leadership, community, and the opportunities ahead for the region.
