Check-in is open 15 minutes prior to class start time. Studio is located in the back of the store next to our Fuel Space Cafe. Event guests can enjoy 20% of their purchase at Fuel Space Cafe during an event.
Parking: lululemon Mall of America is located near the West Main Mall Entrance on the 1st level. Most convenient parking is in the WEST RAMP between Nordstrom's and Macy's.
About Dr. Kristen Schultz:
Dr. Kristen Schultz is a group fitness instructor in the Twin Cities, currently at Rumble Boxing, HUM Yoga + Barre and F45. She is also a physical therapist and wellness coach at Kos Physiotherapy and Wellness. Her classes can be described as high-energy, welcoming, and informative.
Dr. Kristen is on a mission to help busy professionals, especially moms, seamlessly integrate their physical therapy movements into their daily lives. She believes that PT isn’t just about exercises—it’s about understanding each person as a whole and creating lasting changes that truly make a difference. She’s particularly focused on helping women navigate the challenges of postpartum recovery and high-intensity athletics, ensuring they can move with confidence and strength.
In her free time, Dr. Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband, going to any workout classes, or strolling around one of the lakes.
