Allison Schulte (she/her) is a certified Pilates instructor, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, and pelvic health educator with over 25 years of experience in movement, wellness, and somatic practices. She holds advanced certifications in pelvic health through Herman & Wallace, American Physical Therapy Association, and MedBridge, specializing in evidence-based, trauma-informed care. Allison is the Founder of Pelvic Sanctuary, a nonprofit focused on inclusive pelvic health education, and the owner of Detroit Pelvic Health, a private practice offering personalized movement and wellness services. Her teaching blends anatomy-based insight with mindful, accessible movement to help people reconnect with their bodies and build strength from the inside out.
