Join Deepa Sheth from Revive Pelvic Therapy for an exclusive Pelvic Floor Workshop (pre/postnatal focused).
During this workshop you will learn about general pelvic floor health/role and function. Our prenatal clients will learn about birth prep, how to push, and more. While our postnatal clients will learn about rehabbing the core/PF, how to check for DRA, and more.
After that, Deepa will demonstrate and guide you through exercises to try. Please bring a yoga/pilates mat with you to class.
