Our 4-Session Pelvic Floor Series is BACK!This course is designed to introduce the fundamentals of anatomy, physical alignment + breathwork — with a focus on intentionally engaging the core + pelvic floor muscles.
Each session aims to deepen your understanding of how breath and movement work together to activate these often-overlooked muscle groups, supporting you in reconnecting with your deep core + pelvic floor — areas commonly neglected in traditional fitness routines.
What to Expect:
WEEK 1: Introduction to foundational breathwork + anatomy
WEEKS 2 - 4: Ongoing review and integration of techniques that go beyond the basics — helping you apply these tools both on the mat and in everyday life.
