About this Event
Pelvic Floor 101 Workshop at Blush Boot Camp
Join us for an educational and empowering workshop led by Orthopedic and Women's Health Physical Therapist Dr. Kelsey Tardif, PT, DPT, owner and founder of Althea Movement Co. This worshop is designed to help you better understand and take control of your pelvic floor health — without the confusion or overwhelm.
This session is perfect for active women of all stages (including postpartum, but not limited to moms) who want to move, exercise, and live confidently without symptoms like leaking, pressure, or discomfort.
What you’ll learn:
- What the pelvic floor actually is (and why it matters more than you think)
- Why leaking with exercise, coughing, or sneezing happens — and how to fix it
- Foundational strategies to support your pelvic floor during workouts
- Safe and effective ways to return to exercise postpartum
- Simple, practical tips you can start using immediately
What to expect:
This is not just a lecture — you’ll walk away with hands-on strategies, movement-based guidance, and a clearer understanding of how to support your body in everyday life and workouts.
We’ll also finish with a short, guided workout where you’ll apply what you’ve learned in real time so you can feel confident using these techniques during your own exercise routine.
Whether you're currently dealing with symptoms or just want to be proactive, this workshop will give you the tools to feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of your body.
