About this Event
On August 30, 2024, I turned 50 years old. I was out of town all summer but now I’m back. In the spirit of change, I’ve decided to cut my afro off. I’ve had my hair like this for 30 years.
This October 25th, I will be having a “haircut” party called Peluca Pelusa, where my favorite folks will take turns and each cut a piece of my hair until I am hairless. The event will be filmed and turned into a “very short” mocumentary.
This hair-raising event will featuring live musical performances from Electric Kif and Beatmachines.
Dj LeSpam, Galactic Effect, Ydiz and Hot Coal will be the musical selectors throughout the night.
We've invited comedian Brittany Brave to "lightly" roast me.
Our hosts for the evening will be Sean “Birdman” Gould, Cuci Amador, Sam Savage and Bill Le.
The event starts at 8:08 pm. The haircut is from 9:09 from 11:11 pm.
DJ LeSpam will be spinning during the haircut. The rest of the acts will perform after the haircut. We are selling tickets to support the performers.
