About this Event

This small group is designed to empower teenagers by offering a supportive space where they can explore personal growth, set achievable goals, and foster self-confidence. Through a mix of interactive activities, discussions, and creative projects, participants will focus on setting S.M.A.R.T. goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound), building confidence, learning about available resources, and embracing healing strategies. The group will emphasize the importance of community connection, crafting, and self-care as tools for managing stress, developing healthy habits, and fostering personal well-being.

February 16 & 23rd- Registration is for both days.

S.M.A.R.T. Goal Setting:

  • Learn how to break down large ambitions into practical, achievable steps.
  • Practice setting short-term and long-term goals in various areas (academics, social life, hobbies, personal growth).
