Please note this group will be held at the Northside Public Library 3516 5th Ave Des Moines, IA 50313. This support group provides participants with the the opportunity to connect with others who are experiencing similar challenges, reduce isolation, and strengthen community networks.
Our facilitators are trained and have their own current lived experience with a mental health condition. They are passionate about providing this much needed resource for those in our community.
