Peer Productivity Network – Yorkshire

The Peer Productivity Network is a facilitated, peer-based learning programme designed for business owners, managing directors and senior leaders across Yorkshire who want to make meaningful improvements to productivity in their business.

Improving productivity can feel complex, time‑consuming and difficult to prioritise. This Network demystifies that challenge by bringing leaders together in small, trusted peer groups to share experiences, solve real business problems and apply practical tools that drive tangible results.

What to expect

• Monthly 2‑hour peer group sessions over 6 months, starting 4 June
• A supportive, confidential environment built on trust, collaboration and shared ambition
• Facilitated sessions focused on practical application, not classroom-style teaching
• Support to develop, refine and implement Productivity Improvement Plans (PIPs) — or to get started if you don’t yet have one
• Collective accountability to help you maintain momentum and track progress

Why attend?

Many SME leaders know what should change in their business but struggle to find the time, clarity or confidence to implement it. This Network helps overcome those barriers by:

• Offering diverse perspectives from peers facing similar challenges

The Network is open to:

• Previous participants of the Business Productivity Service (BPS) programme
• Businesses at any stage of their productivity journey, including those unsure where to start
• Leaders who are willing to engage, share challenges and learn from others

Important commitment

This is a peer support network, not a series of standalone events. Sessions build on one another, and consistent attendance across all six months is encouraged to establish trust and maximise value.
