Peer Mediation Train the Trainer (Primary)

This training should be attended by two people from each school, one of whom is a senior leader. This will ensure succesful implemtation of the scheme back in school.

On this course, participants will learn about:

•Conflict, conflict styles, conflict escalation, de-escalation, identifying feelings and needs, the processes and skills of peer mediation

•How to teach these skills to children

•How to implement a sustainable peer mediation scheme in their school

This training is provided by Quakers in Britain in association with Pax Mediation. Costs are subsidised by Quakers in Britain.
