This 1-hour gathering offers Carers a safe and welcoming space to connect with others who understand the challenges and rewards of caring. Enjoy a cuppa and meaningful conversation in a supportive, facilitated group setting where you can share experiences, feel heard, and take a moment for yourself.

Non-alcoholic beverage will be provided by Wellways.
