• We love conducting tours and take them very seriously, but we strongly disagree with people booking our free tours and not showing up.

• We usually send two email reminders before the tour. Please cancel your booking if you change your mind so that others who are genuinely interested in the walking experience can book instead.

• The tour will start on time. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early to the meeting point. The tour will be cancelled after 10 minutes if nobody shows up.
