Pedal Power ACT invites all members to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to review the year’s achievements, elect Board members, and discuss key matters shaping the future of cycling in the ACT.

? Board and Executive Reports: Presentation of the 2025 Annual Report and Financial Statements
? Board Elections: Vote on new and returning Board members
? Proposed Rule Amendments: Consideration of changes to the Pedal Power ACT governance rules
? Open Discussion: Opportunity for members to engage in conversations about cycling advocacy and community initiatives
All proxy and voting forms must be submitted at the start of the meeting.
