Join us at Wiseguy Lounge inside Goodfellas Pizzeria for a guided tasting of Pearse Irish Whiskey, crafted by Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co., just steps from where we’ll be hosting the experience.
Pearse Irish Whiskey is produced by Lexington Brewing & Distilling Co., blending Irish whiskey tradition with modern distilling expertise. Named after Patrick and Willie Pearse, father and son, the brand reflects balance, approachability, and respect for heritage—without losing depth or character.
We’ll start with a welcome drink featuring the 7-Year Distiller’s Choice, then guide guests through four Pearse expressions, including a discontinued release you won’t find many places anymore.
