Whether stepping into Pilates for the first time or returning to the refomer, this class centers sisterhood, legacy, and mindful movement, strong foundations, timeless grace, and collective power in motion.
Please plan to arrive on time with 5-10 mins planned for parking.
For safety reasons, late arrivals will not be permitted once class has begun, as important instruction will be provided at the start regarding proper reformer use and safe movement throughout the session.
Feel free to share with sorors. Tickets are non refundable but are transferable between sorors.
