Peak Fellowship Summit: Endo or Extract? Making the Right Call

This is a familiar dilemma for many clinicians: to preserve a tooth through endodontic and restorative care, or to remove it and replace it with a dental implant. In some cases, the answer feels clear. In others, it becomes far less certain.

This Circle brings clinicians together for an honest, case-based discussion on one of the most common yet complex decisions in dentistry: endodontic treatment vs. extraction.
