Peaceful Pulse is a slow, steady journey designed to calm the nervous system and guide you into deeper states of presence through the combined medicine of yoga, breath, and sound. Rather than moving from one modality to another, this experience unfolds as a continuous, integrated flow — where movement, stillness, and sound gently weave together.
Throughout the evening, Sarah Day-Boodhoo leads a mindful yoga practice grounded in breath (pranayama), gentle postures, and yogic wisdom. Her guidance supports stress relief, emotional regulation, and a return to inner steadiness, offering accessible movement that honors where each body is in the moment.
As the practice gradually slows, participants are guided into an extended shavasana. During this deep rest, Bridgette continues to hold the space with immersive sound, allowing vibration and resonance to support integration, release, and nervous system repair. The sound bath carries you through stillness — inviting the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and the system to reset.
Peaceful Pulse is ideal for those experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, or simply a longing to slow down and reconnect. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required. Come as you are.
What to Bring
• Yoga mat
• Blanket or two (body temperature often drops during deep relaxation)
• Small pillow, bolster, or folded blanket for head or knees
• Eye pillow or eye covering (optional, for deeper rest)
• Water
• Journal (optional)
Comfortable layers are encouraged, especially for the extended shavasana and sound immersion.
About the Facilitators
Sarah Day-Boodhoo (she/her) — RYT 500, Founder of Sattva Rising
Sarah began her yoga journey in 2005 and completed her 200- and 500-hour certifications through Jaipure Yoga under the guidance of Reverend Amba Marcie Wallace and Satya Loryn Riggiola. Her teaching integrates pranayama, dharma, asana, mantra, and meditation across a range of styles, always emphasizing nervous system support and inner balance. Through her coaching practice, Sattva Rising, she continues to support women navigating stress and anxiety in reconnecting with wholeness, clarity, and ease.
Bridgette — Sound Facilitator
Bridgette offers sound as a meditative and restorative practice, creating vibrational environments that support relaxation, emotional release, and energetic harmony. Her sound journeys invite deep listening and surrender, allowing rest to become a gateway to renewal.
