About this Event
Stress is a common part of our busy lives. Not only will meditating allow us to develop mental peace and reduce stress, but we can actually eliminate our stress altogether. Everyone is welcome to join us as Gen Kelsang Wangpo shares the meditation techniques we all need to tackle our stress.

We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.
