More than simply relaxation ...A 75-minute mindfulness workshop for children and adolescents - 5 to 12 years.
This session empowers children with practical coping tools for the next school term.
In a small group setting, the session will include:
- grounding exercises
- sharing & understanding feelings
- mindful movement & Yoga
- age-appropriate breathing techniques
- basic meditation
- building a home practice
&
- A whole lot of connection
Light refreshments included.
Children also receive access to a free online group meditation AND take-home resources!
No previous mindfulness or meditation experience required - this is a welcoming workshop for children 5 years and above.
Delivered by Kylie Collins "Young Warrior Hearts" - a registered Childrens Meditation Teacher.
*Note - this workshop is for children to attend independently - drop off/pick up arrangement
