The temple is strikingly beautiful and a very good place to practice qigong.
Welcome to a two day course in Peace Power Qigong, a medical qigong form created by Grandmaster Dr.Fan Xiulan. She is the founder of the Biyun health preserving metods, the founder of Biyun health clinic in Beijing and the founder of Biyun treatment centre and academy in Stockholm, Sweden. Her methods are healing qigong exercises and based on ancient knowledge and traditional Chinese medicine, adapted by her to fit the people of today. The practice of these methods has a lot of health benefits, confirmed by the experience of tens of thousands of people worldwide. The Biyun methods are acknowledged and officially supported by the Chinese Department for Traditional Medicine as medical, healing qigong.
The Peace Power Qigong is a medical qigong form especially designed by Grandmester Dr.Fan Xiulan for people aged 12 and above. It has a very good balancing effect on the hormonal system, mood and flexibility. Everyone will benefit from practicing this form, though it is designed to have a very good balancing effect on youth and young adults especially. Therefore the effects on emotions and balancing out emotional reactions come quite soon with regular practice. All the Biyun forms are based on theory, experience, ethics and Buddhist and Taoist philosophy, and instructors are both educated and tested to preserve the standards and ethical quality of the teachings.
During this weekend course you will get to know the basics of the form and learn how to practice the form. After the course, we will meet two times in November to refresh and practice together.
