Peace of Mind is an event dedicated to women's mental well-being and self-care, though all are welcome to attend. This event is a celebration of International Women’s Day. It offers a safe space to reflect on the unique emotional and psychological challenges women face, and provide practical tools to nurture resilience and balance.Peace of Mind will encourage attendees to prioritize their mental state as a crucial part of the journey toward accelerating action. With a focus on self-care, participants can participate in activities to sustain their well-being as they continue advocating for their place in society.
This event is a reminder that self-care is a necessary step in empowering ourselves for the long-term pursuit of equity.
We are excited to welcome Sarah Spearin. Sarah is a Certified Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing Practitioner, and the founder of Syncing Into Bliss. Through the use of sound and meditation, Sarah is a space holder—she creates environments where others can journey inward for healing, transformation, and resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
