Peace, Love, and Sound | Soothing Binaural Sound Journey with Starseed Heritage

Location: Atmos Studio, 25 Dana Avenue, San Jose, CA 95126
Please note, the studio is located behind the plaza across the residential area. There is also a sign that says "A7MOS" on the outside of the entrace.
*For all sessions, doors open at 2:00pm for guests to settle in and mingle. The sound journey will begin by 2:30pm.

Event Description:
During this in-person event, you'll journey through the tones of singing bowls, gongs, didgeridoos, flutes, rattles and drums. The reverberation of sound healing instruments tune into the nervous system and bring the brainwaves and heart into a more coherent state, creating a deeply grounding experience.
These frequencies will guide you on a transformative journey to release stress, find inner peace, and bring you back into your own natural groove and rhythm.

About Binaural Beats:
Binaural beats are played to encourage production of theta and delta brainwaves. Theta brainwaves occur naturally during slow activity and are connected to phases of creativity, intuition, and daydreaming. Theta brainwave states are prominment when one is in a "flow state" and deep focus, during meditation, prayer, and spiritual awareness.
Delta brainwaves occur naturally during deep levels of relaxation and restorative, healing sleep. One might enter a dreamlike state when these frequencies are played.
Many of our instruments are tuned to play binaural beats during key moments of the sound bath and assist with bringing guests into a deeply restorative and meditative state.

About the hosts:
These events are often hosted by both Paulyn and Tony (aka Adapt). Tony will join when he's available and is also a DJ, Photographer, Videographer, and founder of EyeAdapt Productions.
Inspired to elevate her yoga classes, Paulyn began holding sound baths in 2018 shortly after becoming certified in yoga. She has played for plant medicine ceremonies, public events at Westfield Valley Fair, Mosaic Festival, and various venues in the Bay Area. Her main focus during sessions is to harmonize the frequency of the room as an invitation for all participants to shake up stagnant energy, melt away stress and anxiety, open up energetic channels and return to one’s natural flow and rhythm.
She also studied piano and music theory at a young age. Her sound healing practice has developed into a fusion of music theory, intuition and energy healing.
