Join us for a day of reflection through the lens of the seasons and flowers. You are invited to reflect through poetry, prayer (or journalling) and contemplative walks, as well as an opportunity to go foraging and create your own small floral design to take home with you. Flower materials included.
Bring your own favourite vase or pot for your design.
Course Leader Information:
Martina has a passion for justice, peacemaking and nonviolence and brings many years of experience of developing, delivering and evaluating training and development programmes in the international, charity and academic sectors, including facilitating conflict transformation workshops with faith and community groups around the UK. Martina is also a Florist and a Spiritual Director, who facilitates retreats and workshops that interweaves themes of faith, nature and peace.
