Join us for our first ICU community service event! The fall weather is finally here to stay, but that doesn’t mean the end of gardening season! Bring your tools, gloves, and good attitude and join us! Peace Counseling Center’s community garden is part of the organization’s goal to fight hunger in the community, and the fresh produce will support the Peace Counseling Center food pantry
Garden expertise is welcome but not required! The goal for the event to to refresh the garden beds and plant cold hardy crops like broccoli, cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, radishes, spinach, and more!
If you can’t make it to the event, donations are more than welcome. Garden tools, soil, seeds, mulch, or compost can be dropped off at the center any time.
