PDDUK PYRENEES TOUR 2025Due to popularity we are hosting x2 tours in the Pyrenees for 2025.
Tour 1 28th March - 2nd April (book now)
Tour 2 4th-9th April (book now)
The tour starts in Sen Sebastián and finishing in Sos del Rey Católico.
You are required to make your own way to the starting point.
Friday
Day 1
Your first day of the tour starts in the San Sebastián,
This lovely little city spoils you with mouth-watering food, pretty buildings & white sandy beaches. It’s like a smaller Paris, located on the water, with way fewer tourists, more relaxed & with a Basque twist.
Staying in an elegant luxury 4 star hotel located on the sea front with a bedroom view to die for.
On the evening you will meet the team and other tour participants at the welcome meal.
Saturday
Day 2
Your first driving day of the tour takes you to the city of Pamplona, famous for the Running of the Bulls festival that happens every July.
But don’t worry you’re not getting chased down the streets, instead you get time to explore this wonderful city for a couple of hours giving you time for shopping, why not go in one of the many tapas bars for lunch.
The afternoon drive gets interesting as we start making our way into the Pyrenees mountains.
Tonight’s hotel was once a train station but has now been converted into a luxury hotel.
Sunday
Day 3
We are now heading into the heart of the Pyrenees, ticking off several passes throughout the day followed by a brief visit to the the holy city of Lourdes.
In the afternoon we are cooling off at 3000 metres above sea level as we take a cable car to the top of Pic Du Midi.
The day finishes with a sublime sunset drive over the mountains where we find ourselves staying in a lovely parador hotel where you will be spending the next x2 nights, you are spoilt with magnificent views over the valleys.
Monday
Day 4
This morning you can leave your bags in the room, we have a nice pleasant drive planned today taking you up to Baqueira Beret and over the mountain passes.
In the afternoon you can enjoy the spa facilities or explore the local town of Vielha.
Tuesday
Day 4
We now start making our way back west heading along the south ridge of the Pyrenees driving through the valleys and canyons.
Visiting the historic military town of Jaca where you can explore the shops or take yourselves inside the fortress.
The last nights hotel of the tour is located in the historic picturesque town of Sos del Rey Católico.
The tour officially finishes on the Wednesday morning.
