Whether you’ve been swimming with us all winter or are ready to jump back in, this morning is for you.
WHY: Spring brings lighter mornings, longer days, and fresh energy. It is the perfect moment to reconnect and enjoy everything we love about being in the water together.

● FREE coached session with PC&CO from 7:00 to 7:45 am at Tallebudgera Creek
● Prize Giveaway: Two PC&CO 10-session packs valued at $200 each
● Paddle Board and Rescue Tube Demonstrations plus IRB familiarisation with Neptunes RLSC
● Clubhouse Open Day, where you can explore Neptunes and meet the team
● Brekkie BBQ to enjoy by the creek (provided for swimmers only)
