✨6:30 pm Full Moon Lunar Yoga Flow
Jessica Hope leads an all-level lunar sequence yoga flow! Expect a strong focus on breathwork and alignment in this slow flow.
✨7:30 pm Full Moon Sound Bath
Adagio Sound guides an intuitive sound session under the full moon. Sound is beneficial in resetting the energies of the body, mind, and soul, but combining both allows for a full, well-rounded reset.

Yoga mat
Water bottle
Wearing layers is recommended.
Pillow + blanket for sound bath optional.
Note, it does get cooler during the sound bath portion, please dress appropriately. Option to bring an additional blanket to place under your mat or two yoga mats for comfort.
