Workshop: Improv for the Brain hosted by Kismet Improv
Using play, presence, and “yes, and” to help the brain relax, connect, and create.
Format: 30 minutes (5 min intro, 20 min activities, 5 min reflection)
Overview:
This workshop combines the ideas of “yes, and” and flow to explore how playful connection helps our brains feel safe, focused, and flexible. Through simple, low-pressure improv activities, participants experience how agreement, curiosity, and shared attention reduce overthinking and spark creativity.

• Emotional or movement mirroring
• Pass the Energy / gentle group pulse build

When we say yes and stay present, the brain naturally shifts into a calmer, more creative, and more connected state.
