As you find peace and balance on your mat, your contributions will directly benefit the shelter, providing essential care for dogs in need.You will have the opportunity to meet some of the adoptable dogs and learn more about the shelter's mission and how your donation makes an impact. Then we will flow through a nurturing Yoga practice suitable for all levels.
