Paws and Poses is back and ready to take over Orange Park Mall.

Join us for a yoga class that trades total zen for total joy. Our friends from LA Fitness will guide the flow while the adorable pups from BFF Puppies keep things playful with cuddles, tail wags, and plenty of unexpected interruptions.

Think downward dog… with actual dogs.

Spots are extremely limited, so be sure to reserve yours before they fill up. Please bring your own mat.

We’ll be set up in front of Belk, with entry through the Food Court entrance. Come ready to stretch, laugh, and maybe share your mat with a puppy or two.
