A relaxed lunchtime wellbeing walk, in partnership with SAMH and The Social Hub.
We’ll meet at The Social Hub for a coffee, then head out on a gentle 45-minute dog-friendly walk to either Glasgow Green or along the Clyde. No pressure, no pace goals, just fresh air, friendly faces and time to pause.
After the walk, you’re welcome to hang back at The Social Hub to chat and unwind before heading back to your day.
