🧘♀️🐾 Paws and Poses - April 2026!Join us at the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire on Wednesday, April 29th from 5–6 p.m. for our popular Paws and Poses Yoga Class, a unique, heartwarming hour of gentle yoga alongside adoptable shelter pets!
Thanks to our amazing partnership with The Yoga and Fitness Loft, this class is perfect for all experience levels. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or trying yoga for the first time, our instructor will offer guidance, modifications, and a few furry distractions to make it fun and relaxing.
