Pause - Time for a Change menopause support group

Menopause can be an uncertain time, but we are here to support you.

• Join our welcoming and non-judgemental community.
• Speak to a qualified Menopause Nurse.
• Connect with other people going through the menopause.
• Pre-, peri- and post- menopausal people of all ages and all stages of their menopause journey are welcome.
• Trans, intersex, non-binary and people of other genders experiencing the menopause are welcome.

Accessibility

• Our room is wheelchair accessible and accessible for all physical disabilities.
• There is a hearing loop available.
• We can't offer interpreters at this time - this is something we're working towards.
• We don't have childcare facilities at this time - this is something we are looking into for future sessions.
• We will try to be as accessible as possible with our sessions for all abilities and lived experiences - please tell us what you need and we will do our best to provide it.

Transport

• There is parking on site that you will have to pay for.
• Buses 5, 128, 175, 193, 365, 496, 498 and 499 all come into the hospital grounds. Buses 103 and 174 serve Oldchurch Road, which is a 5 minute walk from the hospital.
