Welcome to our Spring addition of Pause, Reset, Revive: A Mini Retreat for MumsTake some well-deserved time out Mamma just for you. Doing things that help you feel amazing and ultimately totally relaxed.
We can often feel like we lose ourselves when we become a Parent, and at times, don’t recognise the new version of ourselves, physically, mentally and emotionally. It can be incredible yet scary! Not to mention the mental load of endless ‘to-do lists,' and barely anytime for yourself.
Visualise YOU - with more energy, vitality and completely zened out!
Our Relaxation Day Retreat is all about pampering and learning way of being good to ourselves. Because let's face it, we are the caregiver to the future generation. With our the time together we will move through a gentle fusion of somatic and hatha yoga (Asana) combined with Pranayama (breathwork). Playful activity and guided journaling. We will delve even deeper into relaxation through Yoga Nidra a profound form of guided meditation that takes you on a quest into the subconscious mind, a state between waking and sleeping - hypnagogia...And sound healing.
Our session ends with tea & sweet treats ready for you to ease you back into the world.
You will need to bring a pillow and a blanket (it’s always nicer to have your own when relaxing so you feel even more content!)
